Sophie helps to manage our clients, projects, and the team to ensure creative is delivered on time and beyond expectations! She is a master organiser and keeps us on track and efficient.

Marty is passionate about print and digital design, believing it should do more than just look good. She sees it as an integral part of every client’s marketing team, helping brands connect, engage, and grow.

Ben works on every web project we create, whether it’s a one-off piece of work to ensure the SEO basics are all in place, or working ongoing to take clients to the next level of search optimisation. His competitive nature makes him perfect for driving traffic and creating conversions.

Matt is responsible for breathing life into our web designs, building websites that work hard for our clients whilst being accessible, responsive and engaging.

Ally has a passion for building engaging web experiences that support positive User Experiences and Accessibility (so much so she has a Masters in it)!

Claire is part of the behind-the-scenes machine that keeps Epix running. You’ll find her welcoming you when you call the office and managing our all-important invoicing – she’s also a vital part of our internal quality checking process.
