The user journey and experience were key to this website. There is a need to get users to the content they need, in the moment they need it. We introduced a “buying guide” to house useful information about the Warm4Less products, and content-rich product pages, both designed to educate users. We also created a useful calculator, which will recommend products based on the size of your room, and shares the energy saving you could make.
By bringing this together with the user always at the forefront, we created a website that far exceeded everyone’s expectations.
