Car video nabs Best Automotive Video Award

We were thrilled last week when car journalist Keith Jones took home the Best Automative Video Award at the Newspress awards.

Epix Media’s Co-director (and car enthusiast!) Will King worked with journalist Keith Jones in September 2015 to produce a quirky but informative video about Keith’s long-term test of the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso. The video beat other popular car journalists who were also shortlisted for the award, including a submission from one who will become a household name very soon.

The video itself was intended to be a pilot, a production where ideas are tested before making a full series, but Keith was so pleased with the result it was decided the video should be released. It has achieved over 14,000 views to date with little promotion, something we’re very pleased with.

A huge well done to Keith! It’s certainly a project we were incredibly proud to be involved with and hope to work with him and Parkers on more in the future!
