The challenge
Jerry Green Dog Rescue are on a growth journey, and their existing brand and website didn’t reflect who they were at the start of the project, let alone where they wanted to go. Like any growing charity they have multiple priorities and a varied audience – all who needed to be accommodated in their website experience, whilst also creating a foundation for their growth.
With this in mind, the new website needed to:
Streamline integrations
Modernise the brand
Appeal to a varied audience
The creative
A user experience driven website
The result is a website full of features and integrations that help the charity streamline what they do best, all whilst delivering a great user experience to all audiences. Alongside an updated brand that not only respects the charity’s origin history but brings all the energy and joy of the dogs they care for.
“ Working with Epix Media over the past year has been a fantastic experience. From the launch of our new, UX-focused website to supporting our brand refresh, their team are consistently collaborative, creative, and responsive. They truly understand our mission and continue to play a key role in helping us improve and evolve our digital presence. ”

A vibrant brand update
We suggested a logo update, this allowed us to push the charity further towards an identity that would resonate with who they are today. Rusty the spaniel was a crucial figure that needed to stay, we adjusted his head position upwards to create a more positive, proud stance; he now looks more youthful and happy.
We expanded the colour palette, keeping the core dark green and introducing lighter, brighter colours to aid with hierarchy across materials. Overall the brand embodies the dog’s energies and the passion, love and care from the employees at Jerry Green Dog Rescue.
