We spent some time learning about the different areas of their business and each audience, and understanding their aims and objectives for the future.
We also undertook some competitor research to ensure Peacock & Binnington’s online presence represented their long and successful history in their sector.
As part of the website planning process, we worked with their marketing team to design the content structure of the website, to ensure each audience could quickly and easily find the information most relevant to them.
One of the big design elements we introduced was their new colour scheme. Peacock is a 5 Star Agco Dealer, have a long history and have earned the use of a prestigious colour scheme.
We introduced gold into their colour pallet, immediately softening the red and giving them the premium feel they deserve.
As well as an online shop and specially designed advert spaces, the website also has lots of bespoke functionality, including their Used Machinery section which integrates with third-party software.
Advanced Search Engine Optimisation has ensured the Peacock and Binnington website can be easily found for all their key search terms, as well as providing stronger optimisation for their new online shop.
This has caused an upswing in the quality of traffic to the website, with a 97% decrease in their bounce rate, 34% decrease in exit rate and 20% increase in page views.
