Griffin House Consultancy had two very clear aims for their new website. They want to reduce bounce rate and increase the number of visitors to their site. The project began with researching methods on how to increase visitor engagement on the website in an effort to curb the bounce rate.see the live site
The project began with understanding which pages users are bouncing off quickly. These typically proved to be the blog articles. In an effort to reduce the bounce rate, we introduced a side-bar that could be used to attract visitors to other pages.
Part of this build included a custom diagnostic tool. This was to allow website visitors to self-diagnose which service from Griffin House Consultancy they require. Further, it helps increase the engagement of the site as well as provide a device that they can use for Social Media.
