We’ve worked hard to grow a team that can excel together and as part of supporting that culture we are conscious of creating space for learning and development, creative thinking, great idea discussion and knowledge sharing.
We’ve an ever growing list of ways we support the team with these elements – from Hippocampus, training courses and conferences, to internal workshops, goal setting and creative/hack days.
Having fun together
Your job occupies a huge part of your life, so we’re strong believers in loving what you do! Job fulfilment is important and the social aspect inevitably plays a part.
We have an annual social budget that the team are in complete control of – deciding what we do and when we do it! We also love attending charity events, awards nights, and our Directors treat us to and plan our Christmas party every year.
