We have a team social events budget so we get to have fun outside of work too. We’ll do anything from pub quizzes to escape rooms!
We close every year for the Christmas break and you don’t have to save any of your holiday days either – it’s on us!
Our regular team meetings and weekly debriefs keep us all in the loop and working together, as well as allowing us to celebrate our hard work at the end of each week!
We’re keen to encourage self-progression but we also offer each team member career support to help them develop. Everyone has regular catch ups on progress and goal setting.
