Hello!

This is our first ever official newsletter… we don’t want to tell you about what we’re up to (not all the time at least) or what we have on offer, we hope we can bring you some cool videos and quirky websites to brighten up your afternoon instead.

We’ll be doing this monthly and hopefully on a Friday so you can end your week with a giggle or in fascination! This week we were too excited and couldn’t wait until Friday!!

We’ve already got a big list of interesting things that we want to share but please let us know if you find anything on the world wide web that everyone just has to see.

We love time-lapse and this is an amazing example! It’s a 5 minute video taken from the International Space Station from an altitude of around 350km. It’s truly stunning – our favourite parts are the lightning storms!

You will surely have spotted this on TV by now. This video was launched online before its TV debut and was recently the most shared video across Facebook, Twitter and blogs! It’s a fabulous example of where online video is heading and how successful it can be.

you see colour photos dating this far back. These photos
are some of the only colour photographs taken of
America’s rural and small-town populations at the time.

uses CSS3 to animate all the
elements. Use your arrow
keys to navigate horizontally
across the site. We love these
types of sites as you spot
something new everytime
you look at it. What a
creative way to discuss car
sharing!

The Great Big Networking Event, Lincoln, is
on Thursday 9th February from 5-9pm at
